Characteristics
Excellent bonding strength for TPU, PVC, Nylon, Polyester, fabric and oily leather. In this series, we have aliphatic, polyester, polyether grades, etc. We can customize different melt flow index for each grade.
Application
Hotmelt adhesive film, seam sealing tape, low temperature chemical sheet, heat transfer lamination, fabrics lamination, automotive industry, etc.
TPU FOR INJECTION
Characteristics
These series resins have many outstanding attributes, such as good abrasion resistance, oil resistance, low temperature flexibility, and elasticity. Furthermore, they have a variety of unique types, such as little yellowing grade, non-yellowing grade, transparent grade, good abrasion resistance grade, low compression set grade, phenol-free grade, bio-based grade, etc.
Application
These series resins are perfect for soles, spikes, shoe accessories, heel tips, phone cases, watch-straps, casters, sports equipment, animal ID's, o-rings, dust covers, etc.
TPU FOR EXTRUSION
Characteristics
These series resins have many excellent characteristics, including superior abrasion resistance, oil resistance, low temperature flexibility, and elasticity. In addition, little yellowing grade, non-yellowing grade, extremely transparent grade, good elastic recovery grade, halogen-free fire-retardant grade, phenol-free grade, and bio-based grade are all available, depending upon what the customers need.
Application
These series resins are highly suitable for extrusion membranes, calendering films, shoe materials, plastic bags for water and oil, shoulder straps, elastic straps, conveyor belts, cables & wires, pneumatic hoses, hydraulic & fire hoses, etc.
